Very well maintained .. the water never really got hot when taking a shower !!!Other than that a great location and transportation to downtown key west !!

The place was clean and a good centralized location. It does need a lot of work to fix the numerous crack and chipped floor tiles and wall trim issues through out every room. One set of towels provided for 5 days.

Property manager at check in was very nice and friendly..The unit was clean but very dated and worn. Some broken pieces of furniture. Not a lot of extras .. make sure to bring all toiletries and coffee. Salt and pepper and anything else you need.. The response to an issue of not being able to lock the front door was slow causing some disruption in our vacation because one of us had to stay behind. We did get a maintenance guy there later that afternoon and he was able to help us. There is an airport next door so a lot of noise. Neighbors were very loud, but that wasn’t properly’s fault.Overall, it was an ok stay. It was clean and they were friendly.
