Nice stay. Clean. Plenty of room for our family/ Great communication. The silverware and dishes need to be updated. Very hodge-podge sets and not enough spoons or forks. You are basically next to airport so you will hear and see planes coming and going but nice view of sunset. Really appreciated good communication and there is a small convient store very close to the property.

God location— close to everything but tucked away from Old Town to make it great to have our kids there. Very clean. Guest bedroom was very comfortable. Basic items to get by— but nothing “above and beyond” like we’ve had at many other vacation rentals (IE a cooler someone left from a previous vacation, no grilling utensils, could go on, but it doesn’t matter). Overall happy with the experience. Staff was fantastic and responsive. Would consider staying again.

Our group of 4 adults stayed 2 nights. This condo was very clean.Do not expect any amenities. They provide a Kuerig coffee maker, but NO K-cups or coffee supplies. The listing says the kitchen is fully outfitted so you can cook, but they did not provide any cooking oils or spices. There were no extra towels or blankets. We stayed during the coldest few days in January. The decor is nice, but the place is a bit run down. It needs maintenance attention like paint touch ups and caulking and grouting.It was very bare bones. The Listing is misleading, making you think there are 3 "beds". They do list that the 3rd bed is a sofa bed, but in the photo it shows a regular bed. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs repair or replacing. The head of the mechanism is broke and slopes down, creating a large lump in the bed when extended. The provided dishes are shabby and chipped. The silverware is missing forks and spoons. Overall, this place is just basic and nothing special. For the price I was expecting more.
