The Delta on Lake Constance can also be booked as a whole holiday home, offering around 240 m² of spacious accommodation for up to ten guests. By combining the two high-quality holiday apartments, Seesuite and Storchennest, the house is ideal for larger families, groups of friends, or multiple generations travelling together while still enjoying plenty of privacy.

The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional guest WC. Two spacious living and dining areas, each with a fully equipped kitchen, provide ample space for cooking, dining, and socialising together.

Several balconies and the large garden with a terrace and seating extend the living space outdoors, creating lots of room to relax in the fresh air.

A special highlight is the private wellness area on the ground floor, featuring a premium sauna (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and Physiotherm infrared), a wellness shower with massage jets and cold water hose, and a relaxation room with direct garden access. The wellness area is exclusively for the use of the house’s guests.

Other amenities include four private parking spaces directly at the house—partly covered—with electric charging facilities, a locked bike garage, high-speed internet via Starlink, smart TV, washing machine and dryer, as well as bed linen and towels.

The quiet location in the Rheindelta nature reserve, just minutes from Lake Constance, makes The Delta an ideal place for relaxation, nature experiences, and active days by the lake. At the same time, the spacious rooms and fast internet make the house perfect for longer stays, workation, or remote working.
