About this house rental

The house is located in the middle of the heart of the Montafon, above Schruns at about 1000m above sea level. From there you will enjoy an unforgettable view of Schruns and the surrounding mountains, like the Hochjoch or the three towers. The residence has very modern and comfortable furnishing with a luxurious kitchen, a cozy fireplace oven in the living room + satellite TV, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, one with a bathtub and double sink. Furthermore, the house has 2 large patios with different stunning views. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, in the third bedroom you will find a very comfortable sleeper sofa, the fourth room is equipped with two single beds. It is about 500 m to the Golm ski region, bus stop is located about 70m away. With good snow conditions, you can descend to the house. Furthermore, ideal hiking and cross country skiing options.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem nötigen und darüber hinaus ausgestattet. Vom Haus aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Es gibt rundherum vieles zu erleben und zu begutachten. Auch der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wirklich ein tolles Haus um den Urlaub in vollsten Zügen zu genießen.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien vor Ort mit insgesamt 8 Erwachsenen und können uns nur bedanken für die Gastfreundschaft der Verwalterin und des schönen Hauses. Alles war zu unserer vollkommenen Zufriedenheit, das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die 2 Hunde welche meine Schwester dabei hatten, haben sich wohgefühlt und konnten im Garten frei laufen. Demzufolge ein gelungerer Aufenthalt!

Unsere im Jahre 2016 getroffene Entscheidung zur Buchung des Ferienhauses Klaas war eine recht gute Wahl. Dieses Haus bietet einfach alles, was eine 4-8 köpfige Familie zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Deshalb waren wir jetzt auch zum 3. Mal im Haus Klaas und haben uns wieder von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war, wie immer, picobello in Ordnung. Für unsere Kleinen gab es im großzügigen Garten eine Schaukel und Rutsche. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir hatten wieder eine sehr schöne Zeit und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den Osterurlaub 2020. Lobenswert ist die ausgezeichnete Betreuung durch Patricia. Sie hat uns liebevoll empfangen und war über Telefon immer erreichbar. Ebenso lobenswert ist die stets nette Kommunikation mit dem Hausherrn Philipp Klaas.

Das Haus ist perfekt für 7-8 Personen, viel Platz und eine hervorragende Lage. Nur 3 min zum Skibus, der einen ins Familienskigebiet Golm nach 3 min bringt. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Das eingebaute Entertainement versorgt einen überall in den Räumen mit Musik. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ideales Feriendomizil in herrlicher Alpenlandschaft! Das mit schöner Aussicht in ca. 1000 m Seehöhe gelegene Ferienhaus läßt für einen Ferienaufenthalt keine Wünsche offen. Nach Ostern 2017 haben wir jetzt zum 2. Mal mit unserer 8-köpfigen Familie schöne Ferientage im Haus Klaas verbracht. Die bei unserem letztjährigen Aufenthalt gewonnenen sehr positiven Eindrücke zu diesem Ferienhaus wurden auch jetzt voll und ganz bestätigt. Insofern können wir unsere sehr gute Bewertung aus April 2017 nur bestätigen und zum Ausdruck bringen, dass wir uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus im Frühjahr 2019 freuen. Dieses idyllisch gelegene Haus ist sehr sauber, in einem TOP Zustand und es hat an nichts gemangelt! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und lädt zum Wandern und Verweilen ein. Wir waren mit drei Familien und fünf Kindern angereist. Das Platzangebot war mehr als ausreichend, zwei schöne Bäder, ein riesiger Wohn- Essbereich und die komplett ausgestattete Küche haben den Aufenthalt auch in der großen Gruppe nie gedrungen wirken lassen!

Die Ausstattung des Hauses sowohl in der Küche wie auch in den Zimmern hat allen Gästen sehr gut gefallen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt waren die Handtücher/ Duschtücher die sehr hart waren und auch unangenehm gerochen haben. Diese sollten gegen flauschige Tücher ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Trocknung war nicht ausreichend. Hätten wir vielleicht im Freien trocknen sollen. Das war im nachhinein auch der Tip der Hausmanagerin. Für uns wäre auch noch eine zusätzliche Dusche/ WC angenehm gewesen. Bei voller Auslastung sind 2 Duschen/ WC etwas dürftig. Der Außenbereich und die Terasse waren o.k.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht und sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Terrassen rund ums Haus haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Kücheneinrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Toll auch die fußläufig zu erreichende Golmerbahn, Bus und Restaurant. Einzig störend die Bauarbeiten am Latschauer See, die doch recht laut waren . Aber das ist natürlich nicht Vermietersache.

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub vom 1.7.-8.7.2017 im Ferienhaus Klaas. Durch die App waren wir gut informiert und bei unserer Ankunft bestätigten sich unsere Erwartungen.Das Haus ist großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir 7 Personen hatten ausreichend Platz.Wir haben besonders den Aufenthalt auf der Terasse genossen,da konnte der Tag morgens gut beginnen und abends schön ausklingen.

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges und sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage

Wir waren zum ersten Mal mit insgesamt 8 Personen (3 Kinder) in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns alle vom ersten Tag darin wohlgefühlt - fast so wie zuhause. Es trägt die Handschrift einer Vermietungsfamilie, die weiß, wo Akzente für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu setzen sind. Das Haus verfügt mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern, seinem großen Wohnraum mit angeschlossenem Essbereich und der geräumigen und sehr gut eingerichteten Küche über ausreichend Platz für 8 Gäste. Der Wohnraum mit dem Essbereich (schöner, großer Tisch) ist gemütlich und nett eingerichtet und bietet darüberhinaus dem Auge einen herrlichen Blick in die Montafoner Bergwelt. Ein besonderes Lob verdient auch der Garten. An sonnigen Skitagen ist es eine Wohltat, ein Genuß, den Skitag auf der Sonnenterrasse ausklingen zu lassen. Sehr praktisch fanden wir den Eingangsbereich einschl. Garderobenraum (mit Skischuhheizung) mit den vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, Jacken, Schuhe usw. unterzubringen. Die Lage des Hauses mit Einbindung in die Nachbarschaftsbebauung und als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Besorgungen ist als gut zu bezeichnen. Bis zum Erlebnisberg Golm sind es nur gut 500 m und ins nahe Schruns benötigt man mal eben 3-5 Minuten. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort verdient durch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Patricia Saly ein besonderes Lob!! Wir alle haben uns in diesem Osterurlaub im Ferienhaus Klaas sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus ohne Abstriche weiter empfehlen. Deshalb ist es auch logisch, dass wir den nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht haben und uns alle riesig auf diesen nächsten Aufenthalt freuen.
