Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. This home occupancy is 8. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12.

Quiet hours:
• Respect neighbors and keep noise down. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8 am, and no amplified music or sound should be audible outside the property line at any time.
Parking:
Park only in designated paved spaces.Street parking is prohibited vehicles parked on streets or in neighbors’ driveways can result in fines or towing.
Trash & Wildlife:
Tahoe is bear country. Secure all trash in bear-proof bins or animal-resistant containers, do not leave bags outside. Keep trash inside until pickup, store it properly, and don’t leave it outside where wildlife can access it.
Violations of these rules can lead to fines or citations from local authorities or HOA so it’s important guests follow them. STR26-9799
