The open-concept great room, with its vaulted cedar ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, draws the outdoors in—whether you’re curled up by the fire, watching a movie, or chatting across the spacious kitchen island. Bi-fold Nano doors open to merge the interior with the large patio, creating an easy flow for indoor-outdoor entertaining. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen makes it simple to cook together, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy meals at the generous dining table or under the wide Washington sky.

Absolutely! Suncadia is a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with
minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The
abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are
wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the main house, outdoor patio, private hot tub, firepit area. The home features a private entrance and driveway parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Additional first-come-first serve parking just steps away from the home. Guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor amenities during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Aprés Chalet is located in Suncadia’s Cabins at the Farm, a peaceful resort-style community in Cle Elum, Washington. The neighborhood is surrounded by forests, mountains, and open meadows, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful wildlife and nature views.
Suncadia offers year-round activities including golf, hiking, biking trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, pickleball, and seasonal events. Nearby towns like Cle Elum and Roslyn offer great restaurants, cafés, shops, and local markets just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around the Suncadia area and exploring nearby attractions. The home has driveway parking available for up to three vehicles.
Most resort amenities, golf courses, trails, and restaurants are within a 5–10 minute drive, while Cle Elum Lake, Roslyn, and additional dining options are about 10–15 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
FEES DISCLOSURE & PRE-ARRIVAL ID VERIFICATION
• Guests will be asked to complete a pre-arrival form and ID verification upon booking confirmation.
• Guests will also choose between a refundable security deposit or a small non-refundable damage waiver for stay protection.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”.
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the home. No exceptions.

RESTRICTIONS INCLUDE:
* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
* We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
* You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
* For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.
GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor Protection Program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information.
