(3) King size bed with full bath right outside hallway
(4) Twin size bunk bed (shared bath with bedroom #3)
(5) Queen size bed with full en suite bath
UPSTAIRS in main home:
(6) LOFT above kitchen has a queen size sleeper sofa, 65 inch smart tv and shuffle board table
Relax and take in the beautiful wilderness in one of the many outdoor spaces (oversized porch with dining table and loungers, patio with firepit & hottub, and walk out porch off guest suite) **PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER ACCESS TO THE SUNCADIA SWIM AND FITNESS CENTER/NELSON FARM POOL AT THIS TIME DUE TO RESORT REGULATIONS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We have stayed in quite a few suncadia houses over the years with multiple couples and this has by far become our favorite! Great layout both outdoor and indoor, good number of large bedrooms, big closet to put a pack and play in in the master, the outdoor space and hot tub were very enjoyable and this backyard has a much more secluded feel then other houses in suncadia. The well stocked kitchen and MIL suite were a big plus!

Large and well-equipped house for a group of people to stay and cook. Everything was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay.

Your home is beautiful! We had an amazing stay. We were lucky to have it snow the first night we were there and we woke up to snow covered trees outside the two story wall of windows. Our 2 year old grand daughter found the toy box in the bunk room and had a blast. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend with our 3 kids and their families. We will be back!
