About this house rental
Located in a privileged setting, with the imposing and majestic mountains of Vall den March and Serra de Tramontana as a backdrop, this attractive villa has been recently renovated and will delight all those who wish to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
The famous town of Pollensa is just a few minutes away by car and there you will find a wide range of gastronomic and cultural offerings, while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are also within easy reach.
The interior of the house, decorated with great taste, includes a perfectly equipped kitchen, a cozy living-dining room, three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.
However, the exteriors (without in any way diminishing the interiors) are the main attraction: a fantastic swimming pool, a terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing, a covered terrace to escape the sun, splendid gardens with lawns, hedges, palm trees and other native vegetation, a wonderful covered barbecue… Enjoy delicious al fresco dining and spectacular views.
The gardens, graced by two palm trees that scrape the sky and sway in the breeze, provide privacy and seclusion during endless days at the pool.

1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made during the low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) A 50% bonus on the full tax liability (or, where applicable, reduced by the application of the previous bonus) corresponding to the ninth and following days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment exceeding eight days.
3) Children up to 15 years old are exempt.
