Villa Roccolo is a historic 1900 villa with 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and stunning 180° views of Lake Maggiore. Preserved almost exactly as it was, this villa offers a unique journey into the past, with antiques, original portraits, and details reflecting its original character. Lounge by the pool, dine on the terrace, stroll through the garden or enjoy a 10 mn walk down for a lake plunge. Ideal for families and friends seeking an authentic, timeless escape filled with elegance and panoramic beauty

The space
Villa Roccolo was lovingly restored with deep respect for the original family who built it in the early 1900s. The restoration preserved its soul—keeping the original portraits, antique furnishings, and timeless charm—while adding modern comfort. From the moment you arrive, you’re transported to a restful place, set in time for a unique experience. This family home is very special to us, a true work of love, and we kindly ask our guests to treat it with the same care and respect.
