Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano

wonderful hotel with marvellous views of Lake Orta and conveniently close to catching ferries. The staff were very helpful and delightful. The only thing that let them down was the rather mediocre room service lunch meal which I had

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm.

Top quality accommodation with excellent staff. Although we had poor weather and did not get to utilise the fantastic looking pool, we still had a great time and food was superb.
