Cocoonr offers you this charming 82 m² flat to rent in Théoule-sur-Mer. It's located in a peaceful setting with sea views and a glimpse of the port, 3 minutes' drive from Aiguille beach, and has a swimming pool.
To access the flat, you need to go down a few steps. You will have neighbours below, but not above, as there is no upper floor. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a 9 m² balcony facing east-south
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A study facing the sea.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190), access to a 9 m² balcony facing east-south
- One bedroom with two single beds and a sea view
- A bathroom with bath and WC
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Swimming pool shared with the residence, open all year round, secured by a code, offering a sea view (unheated). Size approx. 16 m by 6 m.
The flat is ideally located in Théoule-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Cannes SNCF train station, about 20 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Nice, 30 minutes away by car
- The nearest bus station is Sainte Camille, at the entrance to the residence.
