Welcome to our “Ferienwohnung Ostseefan” at Haus Granitz! The apartment is located in the beautiful “Ferienpark Seedorf” in Sellin and is perfect for relaxing days for two—offering comfort, tranquility, and high-quality amenities. Here, you can enjoy a vacation in a picturesque natural setting with a view of the lake!
You’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere the moment you step inside the apartment. Bright rooms and modern furnishings create a cozy atmosphere, while nautical accents add that special Baltic Sea charm. The duplex apartment extends from the first floor through the upper floor and attic. Downstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living area with an integrated kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a TV—perfect for relaxing together. Upstairs is a separate bedroom. From the living area, you can step out onto the covered balcony, where you can relax outdoors even when the weather is changeable. As a special highlight, you’ll enjoy a view of the lake—ideal if you’d like to combine your stay with a charming atmosphere, and perfect for romantic getaways.
In the modern open-concept kitchen, you can easily prepare small snacks for an outing or delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as various small appliances (kettle, toaster, blender, etc.). As a coffee lover, you’ll enjoy the convenience of a fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine. A dining table is perfect for sharing meals together.
