Located on the heights of Meruelo, overlooking the beautiful valley that surrounds it, you can enjoy the tranquility and rural setting without missing out on the famous beaches of Isla and Noja, less than a 10-minute drive away.
This ground-floor unit features a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, another bedroom with two 90-cm beds, a second full bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen, and a garden with an outdoor dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an Italian coffee maker, a blender, and a washing machine. The entire apartment features underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private entrance with an electronic lock, and was completely renovated in 2025.
