8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The space was clean and functional. Elise was responsive and communicated well whenever we reached out. The property is unique and does require paying close attention to the instructions for amenities like the air conditioning and water system, but everything worked well when used as directed. The location was convenient—just a short drive to downtown Golden, with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby for quick errands. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I believe this is a new rental and possibly still working out the kinks. We had issues with the water going out a few times, required resetting the well pump 30-60min each time. The house also got hot and the cooling unit in the livingroom wasn’t sufficient to cool the entire house. We opened windows at night but due to the loud noise of the highway needed to close at night, so uncomfortable when sleeping. There were also a few details that needed to be addressed, curtain rod not attached, gravel around a toilet, not all beds had all linens. The owner was quick and responsive when addressing issues.
