THINGS TO KNOW
*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

The home is spacious for two adults and the location is excellent. We enjoyed biking around Sea Pines and walking to Harbour Town. We saw many deer and birds from the back patio.

We enjoyed our short stay and are already looking forward to returning. The condo is lovely and in a great location. The living room and outdoor patio area were very inviting and comfortable. We slept well in the comfy king bed and enjoyed getting to make our own coffee and enjoy it on the patio. We were able to walk to Harbour Town to enjoy the sights, tour the Lighthouse, do a little shopping, and savor the delicious food. I also got to play a round of golf at the George Fazio golf course; a bucket list item for me. My wife rode the golf course with me and got to share this special experience and beautiful course.
