Our second-floor retreat features a bright, open layout designed for comfort:
- Relax: Unwind in the living area with a flat-screen Smart TV and direct access to your private balcony overlooking the tranquil lagoon.
- Rest: The master suite boasts a luxury king mattress for a perfect night's sleep, plus an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests.
- Dine: A fully equipped kitchen—complete with a Keurig for your morning brew—flows seamlessly into the dining area.
- Convenience: Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The unit was very clean and as advertised. Parking was convenient being directly in front of the unit. Although we did not have a chance to utilize all the properties amenities, we did take advantage of the short 10 minute walk to Harbour Town. Very nice!There was a mechanical issue with the AC unit that Solve properties reached out and made us aware of prior to arrival. Thanks to Cori & Steve of Solve, they worked out a solution before we arrived.My wife and I would recommend this unit to family and friends.

All went so easy. Parking right at the stairs. Easy to communicate with the manager. Quick replies. We didn't really do any cooking... so can't comment on that. But, the fridge was super clean. Nice setting
