Welcome to our "happy place!" Tucked away in the heart of South Forest Beach, our updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Seascape Villa is the perfect coastal retreat. We love that our home is close enough to walk to the vibrant action of Coligny Plaza, but secluded enough that you can sip your morning coffee on the private balcony while watching the wildlife on our peaceful lagoon.
We’ve put a lot of love into this villa so it feels like a true home away from home. It comfortably sleeps 6 and features a bright, freshly updated interior with stainless steel appliances, crisp coastal decor, and a brand-new HVAC system to keep you perfectly chilled after a day in the sun. With a fully stocked kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer, you have everything you need to settle in and relax.

The condo was clean, one little pet peeve was the king mattress fitted sheet was way too small and kept slipping off definitely needs an appropriate size. The dishwasher was in lock mode which made us think it didn’t work so had to txt a fix it ticket and got a respond within a short period of time. Maintenance fixed issue and we were back in business. We really enjoyed how close the condo proximity is to the beach 5 minute walk. We walked to the pool which isn’t far but can be a little confusing walking because path is around other condo units. Maybe a little direction arrow sign would be helpful to navigate to the pool. We had a great time keeping busy doing things around the island. Such a sweet active area and lovely nature paths all around. Most definitely will be back.

Nice place to stay. Very clean. However, the owner of the property might want to do a better job about being proactive about taking care of the AC and one of the shower drains were clogged and was soon to become a real problem where it wasn't going to drain at all.

Across the street from beach access, easy walk or bike to Coligny. Well-appointed, nice interior decor, comfortable beds.

No ability to check in early with a family until 4 is tough. Especially when checkout for us was 10. 6 hours seems like plenty of time to turn a place over. Cut my foot on the stairs and our fridge broke. Many of the amenities in the unit were low end. Location was great.
