The property is very convenient to Coligny plaza and the beach access. Very nice location, easy ground level access, with no lifts (which was our preference). Nice walk out from the back deck to the property grounds.

Master bedroom sheets were dirty with previous guests hair and residue and not replaced by a cleaning crew. The management did not handle it efficiently, when reported on the arrival day. When finally a cleaning lady arrived with a clean set of sheets (3rd day after reporting), she suggested we needed to wash the sheets ourselves (wow, thank you for suggesting us to wash the bed’s sheets ourselves and paying $400 a night for your not provided service). There were dead bugs (roaches) in bathrooms - which is understood, pest control obviously works! But still kinda unpleasant. While wiping the floor with a wet paper-towel and scooping those bugs, previous guests hair was on that paper as well - make your own justice! 2nd bathroom outlet was out of order and no hair dryer in that bathroom (in case you need it).
