The Space:
The perfect pad for year-round adventure, this Park City condo is close to skiing, hiking, biking, and downtown shopping and dining! A resort shuttle is available right outside your stay, making your travel to and from the mountains effortless. A hot tub, and sauna are also available on-site. Sunny days can be spent hiking Round Valley Quinn's Trailhead and practicing your swing at Talisker Club. Winter recreation is abundant at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain - you are also only a block from the lift!
When you are ready to relax, your stay's sunlight living quarters will welcome you in with open arms! From the moment you walk inside, you will feel at home amidst the living room's wood-burning fireplace, soft sofas, and smart TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and other nifty gadgets like a crockpot and coffee makers.
Follow the wilderness-themed mementos into both of the bedrooms, cooled by central air and lined with inviting color palettes and soft linens. Additional features you'll appreciate about the condo include it's shared coin-operated washer/dryer, collection of board games, and Pack-N-Play for the littles.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Outdoor pool and spa opening: Winter hours: 4:00pm-10:00pm (indoor B2 spa opening 10:00am-10:00pm) Summer hours (typically mid-June, maybe Memorial Day to after mid-September annual meeting: 10:00am-10:00pm Outdoor pool and spas will be closed during shoulder season (e.g. Close of PCMR ski resort in late April, until opening in early summer). But indoor B2 spa will be open during these should seasons.

We had a lovely stay at your home. It is very clean and is at an excellent location one block from town lift and Main Street. The home has almost everything you need. We love relaxing in the spa after a long day of skiing. I would recommend this place to others.

Overall the stay was exactly what we needed. The sauna was unfortunately out of commission during our stay but otherwise we had a lovely time!

We really enjoyed everything about this space. Close to town, clean, family friendly, and easy to check in and out! We will definitely come back!
