The condo was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Great apartment and centrally located. Sofa bed was comfortable for my 15-year-old son. Late check-out was allowed.

About this apartment rental

Located just a block from Park City’s Main Street, this freshly updated two bedroom condo sleeps up to 7 guests. One parking space is also provided. Park Station condos offer unique access to the many attractions that make Park City a renowned mountain resort town. Walk up to Main Street for world class restaurants, galleries and shopping, and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. The bus stops just outside the complex; hop on to go virtually anywhere in the Park City area.

The main bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room, making it perfect for a family getaway.

The living room is welcoming with plush furniture, a cozy wood burning fireplace and a large screen TV. The open floor plans includes a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and sharing meals. There's also a private patio, leading out to the fresh mountain air and pristine mountain vistas.

Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub available in the winter and summer, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

The condo was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was the sink in the hall bath was so high we almost couldn't reach the water, a child would definitely need a stool to wash, they should provide one in the bathroom.

Overall the place had a great location and was mostly updated so it is worth considering. We had enough room for a family of five and the sofa bed was declared comfortable by my 15yo son. There are a few things that did stand out that could be improved. Humidifiers were not in good shape, bathrooms are outdated and there are no basics in the kitchen such as aluminum foli, plastic wrsp etc.

The condo was great. My only problem is that it was listed as having a washer dryer but it did not specify that they were outside the unit and were coin operated. Host said she was sorry Vrbo listed it that way but I doubt that Vrbo fills out info in property profiles. They were nice to let us do a late check out. The apartment was superficially cleaned half way through our stay. They brought firewood when we were running out.
