Enter the townhouse via the private parking area directly in front to find gorgeous plank pine floors, a beautiful staircase, a powder room off the foyer, and a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances and well-stocked cabinets, plus high-top bistro seating for two. The dining area is open to the living area and features a dining table with seating for six. The living room is spacious and boasts comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a fireplace (decorative only), and access to the private courtyard that has an outdoor dining table and gas grill. This was our second year at this property, and we hope to be back. Well furnished, the kitchen was very well equipped. Very convenient to the pool and easy walk to the beach at Islanders Park Beach. The only criticism is the upstairs was quite warm for sleeping, so we had to turn the AC down in the evening so the kids were comfortable.

Good location to most things on that end of the island, easy walk to the beach. Pool area is small and if several famines or one large family are using pool it makes it less than desirable for say a couple with no kids.
