All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Overall pleasant stay. It's convenient to the swimming pool and beach; approximately 1,000 ft from beach. Condo located near restaurants, movie theater and other amenities. Great value!

We stayed here for the 3rd year in a row. We love the coziness of the condo, how close the pool is and the great location! We will be back next year!

Pros:
1. Convenience to the beach
2. Parking right at the door to the unit
3. Quiet location
4. Great place to run
Cons:
1. Musty musty smell throughout the entire unit
2. Older furniture- needs an update
3. Washer and dryer have musical alerts when the cycles are complete and are loud and annoying
4. Never any step by step instructions to use all the tvs and make your way to Spectrum, the cable service
