Devonshire 112 is a perfect island home a close walk to the beach! Boasting updated furnishings and a designer remodel, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Port Royal Village is one-of-a-kind! Enter via the foyer to enjoy the spacious living area with beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen welcomes you with updated stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone counters, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas by way of the pass-through window featuring a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining table is adjacent to the breakfast bar and offers additional seating for six guests. The living room is bright and inviting, with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and ample seating on the large sectional sofa and accompanying chair. The courtyard patio is a wonderful option for additional and separate entertaining space. Surrounded by a privacy wall and a gated enclosure (serving as a shortcut to and from the leisure path to the beach), this space offers mixed-use entertaining with a sofa, cushioned chairs, a fire table, a large dining table which offers seating for six, and a three-burner gas grill.



Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations

The first-level bedroom is just off the foyer when entering the unit. This offers front and side-view windows, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The main bedroom is located just behind the dining area off the living room and offers a flatscreen TV, courtyard-view windows, and a private en-suite bath with dual vanities, double sinks, and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a shower seat. The second-floor first bedroom features a flatscreen TV and access to the third bathroom from the hallway which features a shower/tub combo and is shared with the fourth bedroom that includes a flatscreen TV.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and a close walk to the beach. It was just what we needed for our family of 7. The large couch comfortably fit us all and there were enough beds for everyone. It was a perfect place to stay and we all really enjoyed it. The only problem I ran into was that the patio door was broke when we arrived. It did not lock. We got into our condo about 7pm, then grocery shopped and didn’t notice the broken door until later. The company that manages their rental said someone would call me and be out in the morning to fix it. Eventhough it was a little unnerving to sleep with it wide open to anyone, I understood that they don’t come out after hours. I ended up calling them again at noon the next day because we wanted to leave but I had not heard anything from them. They said the order was out to fix it but they didn’t know when they were going to. Once again it was a little unnerving to leave our belongings with the condo wide open. It was fixed later that afternoon by the time we came back. We had one more issue where we had to contact the company and the lady who I spoke with was a great help. It was not a big deal, we blew a fuse using multiple blow dryers at once. All of that being said, I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. I just wish the company that managed the place was a little more attentive when it comes to big issues like being left wide open for a night and day.

Love this beach house.Pros: Ideal location, short walk to beach and a restaurant. Sand toys, wagon and chairs all available. Lots of nice bedrooms. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensil. Does need a kitchen wash rag.Cons: Minor really- bedroom upstairs is in need of a dresser, not a lot of storage in common areas.
