First time staying in North Lake Tahoe, and this home absolutely made our vacation a fantastic one!Exceptionally clean and uncluttered, the owner provided thoughtful amenities to help you feel at home from a well stocked kitchen with a drawer full of spices and a variety of pots, pans and cookware to cook hearty meals to sleds and shovels for the snow and beach toys, a wagon, beach umbrellas, chairs and towels and volleyball net for the summer.The large fenced in backyard with a large deck and pine trees invites guests to linger and enjoy the weather! There is a 3-story apartment building with balconies on the other side of the back fence, but this did not deter from our stay.Enjoyed having 2 separate sitting areas in the house: the living room by the kitchen on the main floor and a smaller sitting area by the master bedroom downstairs.This is a tri-level home with 7 steps downstairs to reach the master bedroom and 7 steps upstairs to access the 3 bedrooms and bathroom.The only concern is family members who slept upstairs commented that the beds were uncomfortable, and they were not able to sleep well.The neighborhood is gorgeous, and we enjoyed walks alongside the lake front 2 blocks away. Unfortunately, beach access is restricted to residents only.Still, the rental offers a relaxing place to enjoy Lake Tahoe!
