Gîte Le Maupas in de prachtige campagne van de Périgord

Accommodation
The cottage is located in the Périgord Vert in a quiet natural setting, green and wooded.
This 60 m2 single-storey accommodations are composed of 4 rooms:
- small living room with television
- a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with sofa bed
- kitchen equipped with electric hob (induction), oven,
microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer
- annex a dining room with long wooden table
- bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet.

You also have a large covered terrace with a long dining table, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. All on a large private and fenced plot/garden. The accommodations are located next to our property and has a private entrance and gated parking.

Les Alon tours
You will be halfway between Périgueux and Angouleme, near the picturesque village of Brantome and 5 km from Mareuil en Perigord with all amenities. There are many interesting sites to visit in the area such as castles, prehistoric sites, flea markets, markets. There are several possibilities for sports activities such as canoeing, cycling, tennis, golf, horse riding etc.
The nearest air links are to Limoges and Bergerac and there is a TGV stop in Angoulême.
