The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super king-size with zip/link with en-suite shower room and a king-size double with en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom which houses a washer/dryer. Outside, there is a front garden with lawn and seating, a rear garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking. Within 3.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Groom’s Cottage is a wonderful dwelling for exploring York with loved ones. Please note the property accepts a minimum of 3 days

There is a long-distance route that crosses through the town of Yorkshire Wolds, which is surrounded by chalk hills.
