Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and three Smart TVs. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, decking, furniture and a barbecue, and designated parking. This is a smoke-free home.
