Come and stay in this charming family home, ideal for welcoming up to 6 people during your next holiday. You will appreciate its comfort, brightness and warm atmosphere.
You will also enjoy a large landscaped garden, perfect for sharing moments in the open air and sunshine, as well as a fully equipped veranda.
The first beaches are only 3 km away, and you will be able to discover the dynamic city of Sables-d'Olonne: its port, its seafront, its zoo and its many activities will guarantee you an enjoyable stay.
Upon arrival at this house, you will discover the large living area with the dining corner and the lounge with television. The lounge gives you access to the veranda, which is also equipped with a seating area with sofas and a dining table, and it opens onto the garden. Inside the house, you will have access to the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need for cooking, as well as an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a filter coffee maker, another Senseo and a Krups.
The house has 3 bedrooms, all on the upper floor: Bedroom 1: has a double bed (140/190)
Bedroom 2: has a double bed (140/190)
Bedroom 3: has a single bed and a second bunk bed, both (90/190)
You will also have a bathroom with a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available in the garage.
A baby kit with a travel cot and high chair are available.
To park, **2 spaces** are available in front of the garage. In the garage, you can also store up to 6 bicycles (not available).
