This Longhorsley cottage is part of a delightful, converted, stone-built, former schoolhouse adjoining the owner's home in the pretty village, ideally situated in the heart of the Northumberland countryside, just 14 miles south of Alnwick and 5 miles north of Morpeth. It has a twin bedroom, an en-suite shower room and the living accommodation is all open plan with a kitchen, dining area, a sitting area and a two double sofa beds. Outside there is off road parking, lockable bike storage and shared use of the owners' rear lawned garden with furniture, a barbecue and a Koi fish pond (with safety grill over). Longhorsley is a pretty, rural village in the heart of rural Northumberland, between the Cheviots and the coast and provides great access to a range of great walks and cycle routes. The village offers several pubs serving good food and a local store.
