Please Note: The property only accepts 7 day bookings during August.Dalegarth Hall Farm Cottage 2 has one super-king-size (zip/link) and one double. There's a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. There’s an open-plan living space with kitchen and dining area, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with ice box, washing machine and dishwasher, alongside a sitting area with Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved dog allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 1.9 miles. Escape to Cumbria at Dalegarth Hall Farm Cottage 2. Note: There are steps up to property, please take care, the entrance to the back door is flat. Note: WiFi available, but phone signal can be variable depending on the network provider. Note: Travel cot & highchair available on request. Please note the property can only accept a minimum of 3 nights stay No Sunday Changeover August only accepts 7 night bookings Amazing wildlife, including Red Squirrels and Deers
The Neighborhood:
The small village of Gosforth sits amongst beautiful Lakeland countryside and consists of a scattering of traditional cottages, farm dwellings, and pubs serving good food. The village forges links far back into the history books and proudly shows the tallest, and oldest Viking Cross in England, plus the church holds many treasures not least the amazing Hogsback Tombs. Close by are the towering peaks of Scafell - England's highest peak, as well as Great Gable, Hard Knott, Harter Fell and Muncaster Fell, whilst the nearby valleys of Eskdale, Wasdale and Dunnerdale provide breathtaking scenery. There are many local attractions in the area including Muncaster Castle, the World Owl Centre and the Ravenglass to Eskdale miniature railway. This great location has something for everyone.
