4 Bodnant Road consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight, and a sitting room. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, a double and a king-size with office and en-suite bathroom, along with a shower room. Outside there is an elevated patio terrace and enclosed rear garden with hot tub, lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars and free roadside parking. Within 1.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach and please note this is a pet-friendly and smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in rent. Explore the coast of Conwy with a stay at 4 Bodnant Road. Please note: Although there is a ramp into the property for wheelchair access, the whole property may not be suitable for certain mobility needs. Please note there is no use of the hot tub after 10pm. Please ensure that noise after 10pm will need to be kept to a minimum.
