The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and woodburning stove, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, an external utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, an external games room with pool table, and a cloakroom. There are six bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and four with en-suites, including a super-king-size, a king-size, a ground-floor king-size, two doubles, and a family room with super-king-size and bunk, along with a main bathroom. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles and a pub in 0.9 miles. Farmhouse is a delightful base for an escape to Conwy. Note: The property is located on the owner's working farm. Note: Check in Days are Mondays and Friday. Please note: The hot tub isn't available on the day of departure.

The majestic Swallow Falls, which are located where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a breath-taking chasm, are the most well-known of all. The village is home to the Snowdonia National Park Visitor Center and is the beginning of the lovely Conwy Valley, which leads to the coast and the charming towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
