Welcome to your Michigan City getaway! This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is perfectly located just 5 minutes from Washington Park Beach, the Zoo, the historic Lighthouse Pier, and 99 acres of stunning lakeshore.
Step outside and you’ll spot the Blue Chip Casino & Spa right from the front yard, just a short, well lit, walk over the T.C. Bridge. Directly across the street, enjoy Trail Creek Water Trail with an accessible park, kayak launch, and fishing where the big fish spawn. Local favorites like Zorn, Burn ‘Em, and Shoreline Brewery's are just a stroll away.
