About this house rental
Come experience all that Northern Indiana has to offer - beaches, shopping, wine and beer tasting. Our beautiful modern home (built in last 5 years) has everything you need and is close to it all. Perfect for a girls weekend, family retreat, or multi family vacation. We still have dates for this spring and early fall available.
This beautiful retreat is a relaxing option - away from the noise and commotion of other beach properties. Located an easy (flat!) 10 minute walk from Lake Michigan, this home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 10 in beds (1 King, 2 Queen, and 4 Twins), easily accommodating two+ families. There's a ton of space to be together or spread out and recharge.
The home is newly constructed in 2019 and loaded with modern amenities, including:
- Fully equipped modern kitchen, with new appliances
- Backyard with large patio, fire pit, and lots of seating.
- Living room, dining area with large table, and game room gives lots of space to
relax together
- All- season room off the back patio to avoid the bugs or bad weather
- Kid friendly!
- Foosball Table in the game room
- Parking (3 cars and more upon request)
- Washer & Dryer
- Central Air Conditioning
- Electronic Locks - easy access & no lost keys
Combine all this with a serene, modern beach decor, and you have an ideal vacation spot to spend time with friends and family.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the master, are on the main floor making it ideal for those that want to avoid stairs.
Property is locally managed, so we are there if you run into any issues (and will give you lots of local recommendations).

Great location, spacious house, easy walk or drive to the Lake. Ample parking at the Beach Park. Many fun things to do in the area!

Our stay at Mandy’s home was overall pleasant. The location was excellent—quiet, walkable, and close to the beach, park, and zoo. The home matched the listing, was spacious, and had useful amenities like a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The firewood delivery was a nice touch.That said, we did experience a few issues. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling, and the door sensor beeped continuously despite the doors being closed. We contacted the host immediately. Since they are not local, a property manager was sent over. While she arrived promptly, she was confrontational from the start, escalating the situation unnecessarily. She later returned with a cooler and her husband, who was even more aggressive—belittling us and giving an unhelpful lecture on how refrigerators work.A repair technician came the next day and resolved the cooling issue, though the beeping persisted. We also found several nails in the driveway—dangerous for our child and vehicles. This was reported but never addressed.The home itself could use a deep cleaning and some minor repairs. Future guests should be aware of the property’s current condition and the property manager’s unprofessional behavior. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, as the home has great potential.
