The house itself is a renovated stone property with a long history, once owned by a local family of bakers and pastry makers. Today, it has been carefully updated and converted into a guest house with three apartments, while maintaining a simple, rustic style. Thick stone walls help keep the interior pleasantly cool during the summer.
On the first floor, there is a studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. On the second floor, there is a larger apartment suitable for families or small groups.
Studio Apartment A3 is a cozy 20 m2 space, ideal for two guests. It features a double bed, a mini kitchen equipped with dishes and cutlery, a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The studio also includes a small balcony with outdoor seating.
The nearest stone beach is about a 2-minute walk away, while other pebble beaches can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot. Parking is available approximately 200 meters from the house. Pets are allowed upon request, with an additional fee.
