Inside the plot is a private parking for 2 cars, a private pool of 30 m2 size, an outdoor covered dinning area with a full equipped kitchen near the pool. For your relax time you can play table tennis, volleyball, badminton. Kids can enjoy also on swings :-)The owner lives on the same property but with separate entrance to the yard.The villa can accommodate up to 12 persons and consists of three separate units. The size of total living area is 160m2 on two floors.
