    Rooms are not clean and the property seems in a dilapidated condition when you see in actual. No locks are there in the bathrooms. Balconies are not maintained at all. In photos it appears good though. Location is very nice. The owners are not interested in maintaining the hotel. Food is good though it’s not a buffet. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Nearby properties are new and good. Not recommended.

    The TV and shower in our room were not working. When we asked the manager if the room could be changed, especially since we were the only guests in the hotel, he refused in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The manager was extremely arrogant and showed no willingness to help or resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

    The property is very poorly maintained and does not justify the price being charged. One important thing to note is that the photos shown online are quite misleading. They appear to have been taken when the property was new, but the current condition is completely different. The food was also extremely disappointing. My 4-year-old daughter developed a stomach infection after eating there and had to be on medication for four days to recover. My wife also suffered from stomach pain during our stay, which made the experience even worse. I strongly recommend not relying solely on the photos while making your booking. Agoda should consider asking hotels to update their property photos every six months so that they accurately reflect the current condition, especially as many properties deteriorate over time without proper maintenance. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone at this price point.
