It is located 6 minutes walk from the beach of Toul Keun and 10 minutes walk from the village. The garden is enclosed and the hiking trails are accessible from the house.
The house is quiet (dead end), very functional and bright.
On the first floor: the fully equipped kitchen is open to a large living room which also has a television reading area. Access to a large south-facing terrace.
Two bedrooms are on one level, one of which is a master suite with bathroom (bath and shower).
Separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (one with shower), shower room and separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with double beds except for one which is equipped with a single bed.
Garden furniture, large extendable outdoor table - deckchairs - electric plancha.
Baby equipment available: cot + high chair.
