Our charming and cozy one-bedroom apartment is located right on the beach! It can comfortably accommodate two people and is situated in the town center, near the marina and close to the beautiful beaches of Portoscuso.
The Space
This charming 50-square-meter apartment, with great attention to detail and equipped with all modern comforts, is located in the center of Portoscuso, a small coastal town in southwestern Sardinia—an ideal base for exploring a still-little-known corner of Sardinia. The apartment is newly built and is located on the first floor of a detached villa situated on the waterfront and near the town’s beautiful beaches, which are easily accessible via a short walk. The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with a kitchenette, a modern and functional bathroom, and a cozy double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, table and chairs, ironing board and iron, one comfortable sofa, and an LED TV. All rooms open onto a large terrace overlooking the garden.

All areas of the house are available for free use, including the barbecue in the garden, which must be cleaned after each use.

The house is particularly suitable for couples and families with young children. Upon request, guests can receive a crib, high chair, and anything else needed for their little ones’ stay.
