This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
Welcome to our charming house located near the small port of Capestang. The entire building will offer you a breathtaking view of the Canal du Midi, the ideal place to rest at the rhythm of the barges. This villa has just been built, it has been designed mainly in wood, which will offer you a very pleasant living comfort. The house has a terrace and a private swimming pool.
The accommodation has been designed to offer you a privileged view of the Canal du Midi.
On the first floor, you will find a large living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped). As well as a master suite (with bathroom) and toilet. All the rooms open onto a large wooden terrace, overlooking the swimming pool.
On the 1st floor, you will find two large bedrooms with a magnificent view of the Canal du Midi. As well as a bathroom with toilet.
The house is very well equipped, it has all the essential tools.
We also have everything we need to accommodate families with children (high chair, changing mat, travel cot, playpen, small wading pool, sandpit and board games, outdoor games for the elderly!)
The house does not meet the needs of people with reduced mobility.
