In the village of Cazedarnes you will find a friendly bar/restaurant/grocery store where you can have fresh croissants, a cup of coffee or a tasty lunch at lunchtime. The ideal environment that surrounds the villa invites you to hike and cycle and there are many pretty villages to visit, restaurants to try as well as sports activities to do. A day at the beach certainly belongs to the possibilities and, of course, it is wonderful to relax next to the private pool of the house, enjoying the view and the environment.

Interior:
This pleasant villa has a living room with fireplace and patio doors to the terraces at the front and side of the house. The fully equipped kitchen is linked to the living room and also has patio doors to the terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with the great view. The villa has three bedrooms, two bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200 and 140 x 200). One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 290). All the windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is an additional shower. You have a separate toilet in the entrance hall.
Outside:
The house is half surrounded by a spacious and very pleasant terrace, where large canvases provide the necessary shade. On each side of the terrace you will find a different vision of the beauty of the surroundings. From the large terrace you can access via a small staircase to the garden where the private swimming pool (4 x 8) with the Roman staircase is located. You will find enough space for sun loungers. A picnic is possible on the wooden table under the trees where you can also take the opportunity to read a good book or drink a good glass of local rosé wine. By the pool you can contemplate the magnificent view of the hilly landscape as well as the vineyards. Behind the pool you have plenty of space to do sports activities such as football, badminton, petanque etc. There is a BBQ at your disposal and you have the possibility to park your car on site.
