Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's, with no overlooking neighbors. Private parking near the swimming pool. Courtyard with covered terrace.
Main room with lounge area (2 sofas, pouf, TV with internet) and dining area. Up four steps, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, range cooker, and oven. Separate WC with washbasin. Washing machine and dryer available.
Upstairs: first suite with a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Second attic bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room (shower and WC). Third bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Final bedroom located in the tower, accessible only from the outside, with two single beds that can be joined together.
Private 11 x 5 m saltwater swimming pool 70 m from the house, secured by an alarm, open from May 1st and heated from June 1st to the end of September. There is no fencing around the pool.
Terrace with garden furniture and dining area around the plancha grill (French doors from the kitchen and living room).
