Two Dales Cottage comprises of the following:

Bedroom 1 – Ground floor – Double or twin with ensuite shower room
Bedroom 2 – Fixed twin room
Bedroom 3 – Double or twin + single bed
Separate bathroom
Bedroom 4 – Double or twin + single + pull out bed

Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining
The lounge area has a TV & DVD player and soft seating.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.
All bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space.
One hairdryer is provided.
The modern bathrooms have an over bath shower and a heated towel rail.

Travel cot & high chair available upon request
The rates include WIFI, heating, bed linen and towels.
On site facilities include:

We were a group of 3 families staying for a short visit over half term. The cottage was perfect for us and we loved the large dining table and kitchen. The kids loved the pool, games room and playground. Location was great for day trips out. The team were lovely too! Looking forward to coming back again!

We had a fantastic mini break, 4 adults and 5 children under the age of 5. The property suited all of our needs as required. Great location and situated in a lovely area.
All of the amenities were good quality. The beds were so comfy.
Very clean and well worth what we paid. We would definitely return!

We needed to rent a property, larger than our own house to house, our 2 children, spouses and four grandchildren who were all joining us for Christmas from their homes in Europe. This cottage (2 Dales)was ideal in size. The grandchildren all had a room to themselves, and the adults all doubles.
The kitchen was modern and well stocked with the utensils required.
The large dining table was of course put to good use for Christmas meals.
The lounge was slightly small for the number of people but we managed.
We made good use of the swimming pool, which the kids loved, the only downside being that it was closed on Christmas Day.
The staff at the property were very helpful in advance of our visit, answering all the questions.
