About this cottage rental

History meets high-level style in this unique pair of properties in the charming town of St Agnes, close to the beach, shops and places to eat. A superb choice for large groups, it offers incredible facilities, including a bar, games room and hot tub, plus a bathroom for each of its nine bedrooms.

In this gorgeous destination, the mix of original features and quality amenities is truly impressive. The main house boasts a kitchen/breakfast room with two cookers, two fridge/freezers and two dishwashers. Have a snack at the farmhouse-style dining table or the breakfast bar; for more formal meals, there’s a dining room with a long table. Challenge your group to darts or pool, take a book to the reading nook on the first floor, or relax in the lounge, with its wood burner and bar, or the snug, where you can pick out a tune on the piano. On the first floor, five bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, comprise three super-king-size (one can be a twin on request), a king-size and a children’s room with three single beds. They’re complemented by a family bathroom. On the top level, the family bedroom and king-size bedroom boast en-suites, too. The annexe cottage is reached via the courtyard and a set of external steps. Its reverse-level design means the two bedrooms (one is en-suite) and shower room are on the ground floor. On the first floor, you’ll find the open-plan living space, with its spacious kitchen, dining table and comfortable seating. The private courtyard offers the opportunity to relax in the sunshine, soak in the hot tub or enjoy a treat cooked on the BBQ.

Stroll through the town to find a tempting variety of shops, restaurants and pubs, and reach the vibrant surfing beach of Trevaunce Cove in 0.5 miles.

- 2 bedrooms in the annexe – 1 super-king-size and 1 twin

- Electric double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave
