Enter the ground floor open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and separate dining area which has double French doors opening onto the fabulous decked terrace with comfortable furniture and barbecue, perfect for leisurely al fresco meals or evening drinks whilst watching the spectacular sunsets. On the first floor the master bedroom furnished in a New England style and with an ensuite wet room, enjoys the sight and sounds of the sea from a small private balcony. The second bedroom with twin beds overlooks National Trust countryside and is served by a modern family bathroom.
From the lounge swing the patio doors open and enjoy your private enclosed terrace overlooking Croyde Beach where you can relax on the warmer evenings and dine alfresco on the patio furniture whilst enjoying a BBQ listening to the waves on the shoreline. There is private off-road parking for one car.
