As you enter, the lounge welcomes you with a high beamed ceiling, exposed brickwork, and plenty of seating—an ideal space for relaxation. Snuggle up to watch a movie on the Smart TV or share stories about the day's adventures. A few steps lead to the bright and stylishly designed kitchen/diner, fully equipped to support your culinary creativity, and the perfect spot to gather to enjoy your favourite meals. When bedtime arrives, a pretty ground-floor king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room awaits, decorated in light pastel tones. A cloakroom, utility room and separate WC complete the ground floor. The first floor hosts two bedrooms with exposed beams in the high vaulted ceiling. The main bedroom features a super-king-size bed, an additional single bed and en-suite shower room, ideal for families. Another bedroom on this level offers a super-king-size bed and a convenient en-suite shower room. Step outside to a large garden with space for your dog to roam and children to play. A side patio with outdoor furniture provides a wonderful spot to unwind, dine al fresco, and admire views across the surrounding fields. An insulated dog kennel is also available.
Stroll along the lovely circular walk to the peaceful seaside village of Winterton-on-Sea (2 miles), home to a gorgeous sandy beach and the Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve. Here, you can spot local wildlife and a seal colony between Winterton and Horsey (3.5 miles). Martham Broad, the nearest of the Norfolk Broads, is less than a mile away, offering access to a network of waterways that crisscross the count for aquatic adventures.
