Dining Area with the wood-burning stove for extra warmth in the winter evenings, table and four chairs beside the exceptionally well-equipped
Kitchen Area providing electric oven, hob and extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso Classic Coffee Machine, slim-line dishwasher, larder fridge and a washing machine (There is a freezer located in the garage space)
Bedroom 1 with lovely views, is carpeted and has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in clothes storage space with hangers and shelving. There is a beautiful, fully-tiled En-Suite Wet Room with shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c

Garden: Secluded brick patio with garden furniture and barbecue plus acres of pasture and vineyard through which to roam.
Parking: Covered parking for one car in oak-framed garage plus additional space on driveway if required.
Heating: Oil-fired underfloor heating, plus wood-burning stove (1st basket of logs provided). The boiler is located outside the property.
Also Provided: Complimentary basket of logs . Freezer located in the garage space.
Notes: There are two ponds on the vineyard, plus tractors and the river Rother at the bottom of the field so children must be supervised when outside. The owners have a very friendly (and large!) Newfoundland dog who will love to come and say hello! The approach to the vineyard is via over a mile long private lane so not suitable for low suspension vehicles. Guests are welcome to stroll through the vines.
