About this cottage rental
Welcome to a lakefront cottage offering comfort, relaxation, and beautiful natural surroundings. This 3-bedroom property is designed for guests looking to enjoy a peaceful stay with stunning water views and a warm, inviting atmosphere in every season.
The cottage features a bright and open living space with large windows that highlight the lake throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together, while the living room provides a comfortable space to relax after outdoor activities or simply unwind.
Each of the three bedrooms is designed for comfort and rest, making the space ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The layout offers a natural flow between shared spaces and private areas.
A private sauna adds a premium wellness experience, perfect for relaxing after a day spent outdoors. It brings a spa-like touch to the cottage in both summer and winter.
Outside, the backyard and the deck on the lake are ideal for morning coffee, quiet moments by the water, or enjoying the surrounding landscape.
GUEST ACCESS
Full access to the cottage, the backyard, and the deck on the lake.
THE AREA
The property is located in a quiet area with nearby neighbours and offers convenient access to local amenities and activities. It is well suited for short getaways, longer stays, or remote work in a calm and inspiring environment.
Looking for something to do? There is a free public beach on Lac Blue Sea, with clear, shallow water and free street parking. You can launch a paddleboard or canoe right from shore.
BOAT LAUNCH ACCESS
The dock for launching watercraft is located at 5 Rue Lachapelle. A fee of $25 per watercraft applies for access. You may also use the nearby facility next to our property at Camping du Pont du Nord. Please plan accordingly and pay all fees directly on site where required.
GOOD TO KNOW
Water is potable. Safe to drink straight from the tap.
Guests must be 30 or older to book. ID verification may be required.
Reservations over 3 months include housekeeping every 8 weeks.
If you intend to use a boat on one or more of the municipality’s lakes, you must comply with municipal regulations regarding lake protection and conservation (Bylaw 242-3).

It is the responsibility of all boat owners to comply with municipal regulations. The municipality and representatives authorized by the municipality may conduct inspection rounds to ensure compliance with the regulations. You are subject to a $500 fine for a first offense.
