About this cabin rental
Welcome to Bear Bottom Cabin, a peaceful mountain retreat at the foot of Mt. Bailey. Enjoy a private hot tub year-round, spacious decks, high-speed internet, and a TV with streaming services included. EV charging available overnight. The kitchen features an espresso machine and waffle maker. Low cleaning fee. Conveniently located: 35 min to Red Rocks, 50 min to downtown Denver, and 80 min to Breckenridge. ***New Bathroom as of 1/10/26***
The space
The entire cabin and hot tub are yours to enjoy. The property offers excellent privacy while still being just minutes from town. With two separate bedrooms plus a loft, there’s plenty of space to relax. Enjoy high-speed internet, live TV and streaming services, bear-themed décor throughout, ample parking, and a Level 2 EV charging station.
I aim to make this stay as guest-friendly as possible. You won’t be asked to strip beds or start laundry—if you wouldn’t do it at a hotel, you won’t do it here (pet exception noted). I love dogs and do not charge extra pet fees.
I follow a “take a little, leave a little” hosting philosophy. You may find a few drinks, condiments, or pantry basics available—help yourself to what you use. If this style isn’t for you, I completely understand, but this may not be the right fit.
This is a place to relax, not party. Maximum of 4 guests. Please be mindful of neighbors, especially after 10 pm, as sound travels at night.
I’ve been hosting for 6 years I operate legally, pay all required taxes, and employ local help. Mutual respect keeps this possible. Thank you for being a great guest.
