The handy utility room caters for all your laundry needs. The idyllic double bedroom on this floor features French doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace. The ground floor is also home to a WC. Situated on the first floor at the rear of the house, the private annexe offers a spacious and flexible sleeping arrangement. The super-king-size bed can be converted into twin beds, and there is an additional single bed, making it ideal for families or guests seeking a little extra privacy from the main bedrooms. The annex also features its own en-suite shower room. Across the first floor, you’ll discover four additional serene bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms benefit from elegant en-suite facilities. The spacious family bathroom provides everything you need to unwind, featuring a shower and a generous bath set beneath a sky light, perfect for watching the stars as you enjoy a soothing soak.
Surrounded by rolling countryside with far-reaching views, the large, enclosed garden offers a true haven of tranquillity to enjoy. Step out from the lounge onto two big terraces, one perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or drinks before dinner. The other terrace is a suntrap, perfect for al fresco Dinning with a large tables and chairs to seat your whole party. Charming loungers nestled beside the heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Children will love the large lawn, with space for garden games, and the playground with swings and a trampoline. The games room can be found across from the lawn, the perfect place for children and big kids alike to let off steam. There is storage for bikes and ample private parking available.
